AI Solutions Engineer

About the role:

Businesses don't need more AI demos—they need systems that actually improve how work gets done.

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to design and launch AI workflows across sales, support, and operations. You'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, helping teams automate repetitive processes, improve decision-making, and scale efficiently.

This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer collaboration. You'll play a critical role in ensuring customers achieve value quickly and successfully expand their use of Span over time.

Responsibilities:

• Design AI-powered workflow solutions for enterprise customers

• Lead implementation projects from discovery to deployment

• Translate operational requirements into scalable workflows

• Configure integrations with business-critical systems

• Identify automation opportunities across customer operations

• Create deployment plans and implementation documentation

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer feedback

• Guide customers through onboarding and optimization initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or implementation

• Experience working with SaaS platforms and APIs

• Strong customer-facing communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Analytical problem-solving mindset

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
