Product Manager, AI Workflows

About the role:

Businesses are rapidly adopting AI, but most struggle to move beyond experimentation. At Span, we're building the infrastructure that helps organizations operationalize AI across sales, support, and operations.

As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with customers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and bring new capabilities to market. You'll own product strategy from discovery through launch, ensuring every feature delivers measurable value to customers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, understanding customer workflows, and turning ideas into impactful products.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Conduct customer interviews and workflow research

• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement

• Prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact

• Write product requirements and specifications

• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams

• Analyze product performance and customer adoption metrics

• Lead product launches and feature rollouts

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience

• Experience working on SaaS products

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives

• Data-driven decision-making mindset

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Nice To Have:

• Experience building AI or workflow automation products

• Technical background or engineering experience

• Familiarity with enterprise software environments
